Madam Charlotte.:

                   ❝you mustn’t have an exciting
life if your spare time consists
                       of invasion of p r i v a c y.❞
                              all sarcasm aside.

❝perhaps a spell for stealth is
                     the best for you.
                       it’ll do you wonders,
                          Charlotte.❞

If eavesdropping on someone can be considered embarassing, doing such a thing to someone like the Barma woman was downright humilliating for Charlotte. However, she manages to maintain a rather calm demeanor, even as she feels her face heating up, and her brain is telling her to run away.

“My life is dedicated to protecting Master Glen.” as difficult as it is, she manages to keep eye level with the woman. “whether or not that makes it more exciting is not a thing I worry about, Lady Barma.”

“But I didn’t get here with the purpose of spying on you. I simply got lost and happened to end up in this place.”

she grins in a coy & mysterious
           manner for a short moment.
head is tilted, gaze is sharp. the
           look adorning Charlotte’s porcelain
skin results in a fast thought. she was
             l        y       i        n        g   .    .    .  !

                      ❝oh, Miss Charlotte.❞
            she chuckles with bittersweet charm.

❝albeit, due to feeling nice today,
would you like to come inside?
               we’ll have a friendly chat, & i’ll
organize a ride home for you.
there is no way i’d allow a lady to
walk home by herself at such
               a dark & sinister hour tonight.❞

been wanting to ask. What do you think are the Barma's nationality/ies? The red hair I think would indicate Scottish background but I'm not /really/ sure..

honestly? I’d say there would be some Scottish in her blood, also.
But if we think about the surname, Barma, sounds closer to Italian

than anything else, in my opinion. I’d believe Scottish on her mother’s
half of the family tree, perhaps even a few generations back. It’s also
a possibility that Arthur and Miranda got their red hair from an ‘unkown’
gene. Families are able to carry the Redhead gene through quite a few
generations, a hundred years, even, and out of nowhere (even if there are
no traces of the Redhead gene for as far back as families were able to track)
                - BANG! We have a Redhead (or two) in the fam!

Red hair is a recessive gene, however, like blonde hair, red hair is
(occasionally) caused by a mutation in the child’s/s’ DNA.
[ or Deoxyribonucleic Acid, to sound extra biological 8D ]
So in conclusion, I’d identify them as Italian, and the red hair most
likely popped up out of nowhere, as it, on occasion, does. uwu

Where did that servant from yesterday go. A day off?”
